App license & distribution
When distributed through the App Store, the app is licensed rather than sold. The Standard EULA applies unless a custom agreement is provided with the listing. The applicable distribution license, Apple’s usage rules govern installation and use.
Scope & restrictions
Apple’s Standard EULA describes use on Apple-branded products you own or control and restrictions on redistribution, sublicensing, modification, and reverse engineering. Exceptions required by applicable law and permissions granted by open-source licenses remain applicable. Read the full agreement linked below for its complete terms.
Artwork & brand ownership
Temple Quest’s software, interface, logo, brand assets, and original illustrations are owned by emonster or its licensors. Viewing an illustration, downloading a page, or following a source link does not grant a right to redistribute proprietary assets. Contact support@emonster.com for reuse requests.
Open data & third-party materials
Wikidata structured facts are used under CC0. Processed municipality information is derived from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan under Public Data License 1.0. Website interface icons use Tabler Icons under the MIT License. These materials retain their own license terms; Temple Quest’s proprietary asset restrictions do not replace them.
Apple & product support
App Store distribution is subject to Apple’s platform terms. Contact emonster for Temple Quest product support. The full applicable app license sets out provisions for warranties, external services, termination, and other matters; this page does not replace those provisions.
