About this policy

This policy describes Temple Quest, a travel product by emonster inc., and this public website. We will update this page when its data practices change.

This website

This website uses no advertising or analytics scripts and does not ask for location permission. Your appearance preference is stored locally in this browser. Hosting and security providers may process request information, such as IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Data on your device

The app’s album and preferences are stored on your device using Apple platform storage. Temple Quest does not require an account or upload your visit history. Local data is subject to your device’s storage and backup settings.

Location, maps & weather

With your permission, the app requests foreground location for features such as nearby maps and local weather. Mapbox provides maps and offline map downloads and processes the requests needed to deliver them. Apple Weather receives the coordinate needed to return conditions when live weather is used. These providers apply their own privacy practices.

Analytics & diagnostics

The app integrates Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, and Mixpanel for product use, reliability, and technical diagnostics. Depending on configuration, information can include app and device identifiers, product interactions, crash and performance data, and approximate location derived by providers. These records should not be treated as entirely anonymous.

Turning Analytics off in app Settings disables Firebase product analytics and Mixpanel. It does not also disable Crashlytics or Performance diagnostics; their collection is controlled separately by app configuration. App product events exclude precise coordinates, search text, visit history, and support messages.

Your choices & retention

Manage location permission in iOS Settings. Use the app’s Analytics setting for product analytics, its weather settings for live weather, and the map’s information control for Mapbox telemetry choices. You can reset this website’s appearance preference from Privacy settings in the footer, or clear this site’s browser storage.

Removing the app removes its local container, subject to Apple’s device and backup behavior. Service providers retain service and diagnostic records under their applicable policies and configuration. Contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests under applicable law.

Support requests

The Support form sends your email address, request type, subject, message, language, and optional app and device details to emonster through Featurebase as a private customer ticket. Featurebase handles receipt confirmations and support replies by email. Firebase validates submissions and helps prevent abuse. Its separate intake records contain keyed hashes, request state, rate counters, and expiry timestamps rather than raw emails, messages, or IP addresses. These records are eligible for automatic expiry after three days; deletion is asynchronous. Featurebase ticket contents are retained separately under the workspace’s support retention policy. Contact us for applicable data requests.

If you contact us directly by email, we also receive your message and any attachments you send. External source, map, and company links open services with their own privacy policies.

Children & privacy concerns

Temple Quest is a general travel reference and does not request a child’s account or profile. If you believe a child’s personal information has been sent to us, contact us so we can review the request and address it under applicable law.
